Cancellation Policy
It you can’t make your massage appointment…
At Tampa Bay Sports & Medical Massage we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Last-minute meetings, work deadlines, car won’t start, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling your massage therapy appointment.
To be fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our massage therapists’ time, we have the following cancellation policy:
A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to book an appointment.
If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee (this includes delayed or cancelled flights). This charge may be deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing gift certificate, may be charged to the card on file, or must otherwise be paid in full prior to your next treatment.
no shows
Anyone who forgets or chooses to miss their massage appointment will be considered a “no show”. As such, you will be charged for your “missed” appointment.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients: please plan accordingly to be on time for your massage.
You booked the appointment for a reason, so we look forward to helping you feel your best. Want to prepare for your massage appointment? Fill out our new client form to bring with you if it’s your first visit to our South Tampa massage office.
